Robert is an 18-year veteran of the CT Department of Correction. He is a 22-year combat veteran of the US Marines and Army.  Robert started his career at Garner CI where he spent his first 7 years, and later transferred to Robinson CI where he became a union steward. Currently Robert is a Senior Executive Officer for Local 391 and a member of the departments Employee Assistance Unit based out of Central Office, he has been an active labor leader for 9 years. Robert has a BS in Law from Post University, MS in Human Resources Management from UCONN, and Certificate in Contract Law from Harvard University.
